In the Mail Today...
"It has been determined that [Jana and Douglas] are able to furnish proper care to an orphan or orphans as defined by section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Immigration and Nationality Act."

That's it.

Everything is done.

On Monday, the official "wait" begins.

(We are told to expect a 10 to 18 month wait.)

My fingers are shaky.

U.S. Domestic adoption peaked in 1978 and has been declining ever since. And other reasons. :-)
